请下载rc2进行安装.: 拒绝访问是因为权限不够导致的.

我现在用的就是RC2,而且所有权限都按照操作手册的，可还是不行，权限不够是指哪个权限，我已试过把所有权限都开了，还是不行，请说明应该如何设置权限，试用好的话我们要买的。
